Business Challenge - Property and casualty insurance company needed to migrate data to a newly purchased document management tool. In addition, Company desired to digitize over 500,000 client files to facilitate data retrieval and improve customer response time.
Solution – BizPro transcribed 60,000 documents that allowed our Customer to import data to its new tool. To support the Customer in its move to convert paper to electronic data, BizPro participated n the backfile conversion of 500,000 files.
